When will my order be dispatched?

Orders will be picked, packaged & dispatched within 3 working days of ordering.

What courier do you use & how long will it take for my parcel to be delivered?

All orders are shipped via FedEx TNT Express (24 hour service), however due to COVID-19 deliveries can take up to 72 hours.

This is a tracked and signed for service, a signature will be required on delivery.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, all orders are sent on a tracked service, tracking information will be sent to the contact information used at checkout.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Any orders under £250 - £15 carriage charge

Do you ship internationally?

What happens if I miss my delivery?

FedEx TNT will contact you to re-arrange delivery.

Can I change or add items to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we cannot make any amendments. A new order will need to be placed.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we unable to amend delivery addresses. A new order would need to placed with correct details.
