Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order, any postage costs will not be refunded.

A 30% restocking charge will be applied to any returns.

How do I start the return process?

Please visit our Contact Us page, our team will be able to assist with a RMA number for your return and full details on returning your item.

RMA numbers must be clearly shown on or within the package, this will avoid any delays in processing your returns.

When can I expect to receive a refund?

Once we have received your returned order, a refund will be issued within 5 working days, subject to your bank's processing time.

Refunds are subject to orders being returned in the original condition supplied with any packaging, components or screws included.

All our products are supplied new. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.

The products I have ordered are faulty.
